Eligibility

Category – I: Business employees/others – 50 seats

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline with at least with 50% marks from any recognized university or an examination recognized thereto or have passed the final examination conducted by the institute of Chartered Accountants of India or institute of Company Secretaries of India of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or equivalent examination with working experience of one year
(Relaxation of five percent in case of those having working experience of one year or more)

Category-II: Defence Officers – 50 seats

All commissioned officers with a minimum of five years of commissioned service of bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks or must have undergone successfully i.e. NDA/IMA/Any other equivalent course viz O.T.S./O.T.A/Indian Air Force Academy/Naval Academy, and at least one of the following courses:

Defence Service Staff College, Technical Staff Officers, Long Defence Management, Senior Defence Management, Higher Command, Advanced Air Armament Staff Officer, specialized advanced course of various arms and services with a meritorious record of service

In case of vacant seats in any category, the seats may be shifted from one category to another with the permission of the Head of the department. The application form and ordinances can be downloaded either from the University's website www.punjabiuniversity.ac.in  or Department website www.smspup.ac.in  or can also be obtained from the Officer of School of Management Studies.
