Asian
School of Business Management (ASBM) is one of the top twenty b-schools in the
country. It is approved and recognised by All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE), Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India. ASBM is the ninth b-school
in the country, and second in the state of Odisha (next to XIMB), to have
received international accreditation ‘SAQS’, recognised by the SAARC body.

ASBM
offers the following two year full time residential Post Graduate Programmes in
Management approved and recognised by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India,
New Delhi.

Eligibility for
Admission :
Any
Graduate with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for reserved category) in any
discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities is eligible to
apply for admission into the two year programme.
Candidates
appearing for the final examination for the bachelor’s degree (or equivalent
examination) can also apply.

The
candidates will have to apply separately to ASBM Bhubaneswar. They can buy ASBM
application form along with the information bulletin on payment of Rs. 950/-
(Rupees nine hundred fifty only) from our corporate office or campus.
Application form can also be downloaded from our website at www.asbm.ac.in. The
fee has to be paid by Bank Draft drawn in favour of ‘Asian School of Business
Management” payable at Bhubaneswar or by cash.
Candidates
seeking admission to our Post Graduate Programmes will have to qualify either
in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT. Based on the performance in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT and past
academic performance, the candidates will be short listed for Group Discussion
and Personal Interview. The final selection of candidate to the programme will
be based on the performance of the candidate in GD & PI.
Admission Offer
:
Successful
candidates will be intimated of their final selection after group discussion
and personal interview. The selected candidates must pay their first instalment
by the stipulated date mentioned in the offer letter; otherwise they would
forfeit their seat to the person next on the waiting list.
International
Internship Programme :
International
Internship is available at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB),
for a period of 8 weeks for selected students. It includes course work,
industry visit and/or excursion visit. This is an open option for the students
of PGDM & PGDM – IB for which they have to bear the extra expense on actual
basis over and above the specified course fee. The minimum cohort size for
international internship has to be 20.
