1. B.Sc. Computer Science ( BSc-CS ):
A pass in Higher Secondary or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to by the University of Kerala with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects

2. B.Sc. Electronics ( BSc-EL ):
A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the state or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto with Physics as one of the subjects.

3.  B.Com with Computer Application OR Commerce & Tax Procedure and Practice ( B.Com ):
A Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the State or an Examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto provided candidates coming from Non-Commerce group should have atleast 45% of the aggregate marks.

4.  Bachelor of Computer Applications ( BCA ):

5. Bachelor of Business Administration ( BBA ):

The Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of the Principal of the College concerned. If the filled in application is sent to the Principal by post, then it must be accompanied by a D.D. for Rs. 200/-(Rs. 100/- for SC/ST) towards the registration fee, drawn in favour of the Principal of the concerned college.

2. B.Sc. (Electronics):
Students who have studied Electronics/Physics/Mathematics as one of the optional subjects at Higher Secondary Examination level and passed (eligible for higher studies) are eligible for admission.

3. B.Com (With Computer Applications):
A pass (eligible for higher studies) in the Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent, with at least one Commerce subject, is the eligibility for admission to the B.Com. Degree programme. Candidates who have not taken at least one Commerce subject for Higher Secondary or an equivalent examination should get at least 45% (in 6 subjects) in that examination to become eligible to seek admission to B.Com programme. A concession of 5% will be given to OBC/ OEC candidates. The SC/ST candidates need get only a pass (eligible for higher studies)

4. B C A (Bachelor of Computer Application):
A pass in Higher Secondary or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University of Calicut with Mathematics/Computer Science/computer Application/Informatics Practices as one of the optional subjects.

5. BA English Language and Literature with Journalism
A pass in Higher Secondary or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University of Calicut

6. B.B.A. (Bachelor of Business Administration)

How to apply?
The student can apply for admission by filling application form online through
http://www.mponline.gov.in or https://www.mponline.gov.in/portal/services/Jiwaji/Dashboard.aspx  and the payment for the application fees can be made through credit/debit card or by net-banking. The application fee is Rs. 500/-. Each student can submit admission form for a maximum of five courses. Separate registration fee of Rs. 100/- per course has to be deposited, in addition to application fee Rs. 500/- along with the admission form.

The printout of admission form along with the Photocopies of the Mark Sheets and other required documents (SC / ST / OBC / FF / PH / Kashmiri migrant / Parsi / Staff Ward / NRI / NCC / NSS / Sports etc.) are required to be submitted to the Chairman Admission Committee, School of Studies in Physics, Jiwaji University, Gwalior- 474011, either by Speed Post or in person. It can also be submitted at Central Library by hand.

Eligibility Crieteria: PhD
A student seeking an admission to PhD Programme of the University is required to have minimum educational qualification as mentioned hereunder:

For research in an area of Engg. / Technology
First Class / CPI of 6.5/ aggregate 60% marks either at BTech or at MTech / ME equivalent level, & MTech / ME or equivalent in appropriate area

For research in an area of Sciences

For research in an area of Management

Eligibility Criteria for MTech:
(A) (i) For MTech (Petroleum Engineering):
BE / BTech or equivalent in Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum Refinery Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Technology, Mining Engineering / MSc or MSc Tech. in Applied Geology, Applied Geophysics, Petroleum Geology, with Mathematics as one of the courses of study at the bachelors level, and with a minimum CPI of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent (60% of aggregate marks).

(ii) MTech (Nuclear Engineering):
BE / BTech or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Chemical / Civil / Metallurgical / Production / Industrial Engineering OR MSc in Electronics / Physics / Nuclear Physics with a minimum CPI of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent (60% of aggregate marks)

(iii) MTech (Energy Systems & Technology (Focused on Solar Energy)):
BE / BTech or equivalent in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Mech. / Semiconductor Technology / Energy Science & Engg. OR MSc or equivalent degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Electronics / Optoelectronics; with a minimum CPI of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent (60% of aggregate marks).

(iv) MTech (Electrical Engg. (Power Systems)):
BE / BTech or equivalent in Electrical Engg. with a minimum CPI of 6.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent (60% of aggregate marks).
