Eligibility Criteria for B.E. Courses:
Candidates bom on or after 1st July, 1995 are eligible, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years i.e., who were bom on or after 1st July, 1990 are eligible to apply for AEEE 2015. They should have studied in regular, full-time, formal stream in the school. Candidates appearing for the 12th standard examinations in March /April 2015 are also eligible to apply. A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Biology / Computer Science. Atleast 50% marks in the above subjects taken together (45% incase of reserved category).

Eligibility Criteria for B.E. (Lateral Entry) admission:
The candidate should have passed diploma examination from an AICTE approved institution with atleast 50% marks (45% incase of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology.

Candidates seeking admission to MBA programme shall be Indian Nationals and are required to have Bachelor's degree from the University of Kerala or any other examinations recognized as equivalent.

Eligibility:
Educational qualification for admission to the programme is a pass in the degree level examination with 50% marks in aggregate from a university recognized by University of Kerala. For BA, BSc and B.Com students, a pass in the examination with 50% marks in Part III is the eligible qualification. Students appearing for the final year degree examination in 2015 can also apply, but offer of admission will be subject to satisfying the eligibility criteria.

Full Time MBA:
Applicants for the full-time MBA programme in the College must have a valid score in CMAT, the national level common admission test conducted by AICTE. On the basis of the CMAT score, candidates will be called for Group Discussion and interview, which will be held in May 2015. They will be offered final admission on the basis of CMAT score (80% weightage) and performance in GD (10% weightage) and interview (10% weightage).

Part-time MBA (Evening Batch):
For part-time MBA programme, the candidates must have minimum two years? experience at supervisory level in reputed organisations. The candidates must be of 25 years of age as on 1st January 2015. Selection of candidates will be based on Test/Group Discussion and interview.

The applicant should have preferably obtained the PhD degree in related areas at the time of application. However, those who have submitted the PhD thesis and are expecting to obtain the PhD degree within the next about six months may also apply. Applicants with post-doctoral research experience in related areas will be preferred. A basic degree in Engineering is desirable.

The fellowship is normally Rs. 30,000 per month, but candidates with exceptional credentials may be considered for higher fellowship of upto a maximum of Rs. 50,000 per month. On-campus accommodation is generally not available for the post-doctoral fellows. The fellowship is initially for a period of one year and is extendable depending on the performance of the candidate.

ELIGIBILITY:
NATIONALITY:
Admission to professional courses in State of Goa is open to Indian nationals fulfilling the eligibility criteria under various categories. Non-resident Indians holding Indian passport may also apply for seats reserved under NRI category. AGE:

a.1 First Year MBBS, BDS, BHMS & AHS
Applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (Std. XII) examination of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English and secured not less than 50% marks in the aggregate of subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together. (40% for the applicants belonging to SC, ST and OBC only and 45% for applicants belonging to PH category for MBBS and BDS Course).

a.2 B.Sc. in Nursing
Applicants should have passed HSSC with minimum 50% aggregate marks, as well as secure 50% aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology for General Category, (45% aggregate marks in all subjects for candidates belonging to SC/ST category, as well as min. 50% aggregate marks in English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology).

b. First Year B.E.
The applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std.XIIth) examination of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the following subjects Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science /Biology and secured not less than 45%* marks in the aggregate of subjects of Physics & Mathematics with one of the following
subjects Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology. (40%* for the applicants belonging to SC, ST and OBC only).

c. First Year B. Pharm.
The applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std.XIIth) examination of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with English, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with one of the following subjects Mathematics/Bio-Technology/Computer Science /Biology and secured not less than 45%* marks in the aggregate of subjects of Physics & Chemistry with one of the following subjects Mathematics/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology. (40%* for the applicants belonging to SC, ST and OBC only). As per Pharmacy Council of India Regulations, candidates passing Senior Secondary School examination conducted by National Open School, New Delhi are not approved/eligible for admissions to B.Pharm.

d. First Year B.Arch.:
The applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std.XIIth) examination of the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects and secured at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% aggregate marks for applicants belonging to SC/ST/OBC). OR 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks. OR International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.
Applicants scoring minimum 80/200 at NATA will be eligible for admission to B.Arch.

e. Kashmiri Migrants Only in Engineering Courses:
The applicant should have passed the Higher Secondary School Certificate (Std.XIIth) examination or its equivalent examination with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects with one of the following subjects Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology and secured not less than 45% marks in the subjects of Physics & Mathematics with one of the following subjects Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/Biology.

Applications have been invited for Admission Test for IcfaiTech (ATIT), the All India admission test conducted by the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE), Hyderabad for students seeking admission into the B.Tech Program for the year 2015-16 session, conduted by The Faculty of Science and Technology of IFHE Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh).

Test Format: ATIT 2015 is an aptitude test conducted in two formats:
(1) Online Test: Computer Based Test (CBT) format. The test is scheduled from May 04 to 18, 2015. The test is of 2 hours duration and is conducted in 2-3 sessions per day at test centers all over India.

(2) Offline Test: Paper Based Test (PBT) format. The test is conducted on May 03, 2015. The test is of 2 hours duration conducted at select cities (Agartala, Aizawl, Baddi, Dehradun, Dimapur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Patna, Raipur, Ranchi, Shillong, Tura, Varanasi and Vijayawada). The answers have to be marked in the specially designed OMR answer sheet which will be provided at the time of the admission test.

Both online & offline tests constitute objective type questions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English in multiple choice format. There will be 30 questions in each of the subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English, as per the syllabus.

Eligibility for admission into the B.Tech. Program:
IFHE, Hyderabad & ICFAI University, Dehradun: Students securing 60% aggregate in Class X and Class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects.

ICFAI University, Himachal Pradesh: Students securing 60% aggregate in Class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects. Applicants must qualify JEE (Main) 2015.

Other ICFAI Universities: Students securing 50% aggregate in Class XII or its equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and English as subjects.

Final year students of Class XII or its equivalent awaiting examination results may also apply.

Applicants should have completed 12 years of formal schooling in order to apply for the program. Admission will be offered based on scores secured in ATIT 2015 / JEE (Main) 2015 / State Level / Other National Level Engineering Entrance Tests (2015).

Admission Selection Procedure:
Provisional admission is given based on the marks secured by the student in the ATIT 2015, subject to the student satisfying the eligibility criteria of admission. All applicants who are offered provisional admission will be required to produce the proof of having passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) on or before September 15, 2015,

How to Apply:
Students interested in appearing for ATIT 2015 can apply online by any one of the following methods.

OMR Application Form: Applicants are required to fill up the OMR Application Form and send it to the Admissions Officer, ATIT at Hyderabad.

Online Application: Applicants can apply Online by filling up the Application Form available at www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit  and make payment of Rs. 700 towards the cost using Credit/Debit Card (Visa / Master Card / Internet Banking) through secure internet payment gateway. Applicants applying online should upload their passport size color photograph while filling the Online Application. The ATIT Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.

Download of Application Form: Alternatively, applicants can file their details online and download the Application Form from www.icfaiuniversity.in/atit  and send it to the Admissions Officer along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 700 towards the cost.

The DD should be drawn in favor of IFHE A/c ATIT payable at Hyderabad. The ATIT Prospectus will be sent to such applicants.
The completed OMR Application Form in case of physical application and downloaded filled-in application with DD should be sent to the Admissions Office, through speed post or courier to:

Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme  MTTS 2015


Applications have been invited for admission to Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme, funded by National Board for Higher Mathematics and conducted by School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Hyderabad.

The programme will be at three levels: Level 0, Level I and Level II.
In Level 0, there will be courses in Linear Algebra, Analysis and Number Thcoiy/Combinatorics.
In Levels I and II, there will be courses on Algebra, Analysis and Topology and Linear Algebra.
There will be seminars by students in all Levels.
The faculty for this programme will be active mathematicians with a commitment to teaching and from various leading institutions of the country. The aim of the instructions is not to give routine lectures and presenta?tion of theorem-proofs but to stimulate the participants to think and discover mathematical results.

MTTS - 2015 will held at three places:
    S.S.N. College of Engineering, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Main Camp) ( May 18 - June 13, 2015)
    Shiv Nadar University (SNU), Noida, U. P. (June 01 - June 27, 2015)

Level 1: Final year undergraduate students with Mathematics as one of their subjects.
Level II: First year postgraduate students with mathematics as of their subjects. Participants of the previous year level I Programme.
