'WALK-IN-INTERVIEW' TO DNB COURSE AT BSP'S JAWAHARLAL NEHRU HOSPITAL & RESEARCH CENTRE
WALK-IN-INTERVIEW FOR WILLING DOCTORS FOR ADMISSION AS RESIDENTS TO THE DNBCOURSES IN THE FOLLOWING DISCIPLINES:
GENERAL MEDICINE, GENERAL SURGERY, OBSTETRICS &GYNAECOLOGY, PAEDIATRICS*, ORTHOPAEDICS, RESPIRATORY MEDICINE, ENT*,ANAESTHESIA, DERMATOLOGY*, OPHTHALMOLOGY* & RADIO DIAGNOSIS
* Subjectto confirmation of renewal of accreditation by NBE.
1. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:
(i) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by MCI.
(ii) Candidates must have passed the Primary examination of National Board / Central EntranceTest-National Board of Examinations(CET-NBE).
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
(i) Selection will be done only through an interview for both the categories, i.e. Primary and CETqualified candidates,
(ii) Candidates selected for the above course will be required to give an undertaking and executea Bond of stipulated amount for completion of the course,
(iii) Stipend for selected candidates: Rs.14,325/-, Rs.14,752/- & Rs.15,200/- pm will be paid in the 1 ,2nd and 3rd year respectively,
(¡v) Selected candidates will be provided free hostel accommodation, if available,(v) No TA/ DA will be admissiblefor interview,
(vi) Selected DNB students are required to pay Training Fee annually as per the directives ofNational Board of Examination, New Delhi received from timetotime.
(vii) Registration and interview will be done as per schedule given below:
Registration and Interview: 31.01.2008; 09.00 A.M.(Onwards)
Venue: Conference Hall, JLNH & RC, Bhilai.
Interested eligible candidates may walk-in for interview as per schedule with all relevantdocuments (Originals+one set of photocopies).
1. MBBS / Equivalent Certificate. (Recognition of Institutes by MCI where qualified).
2. Mark sheet of all years/semesters of MBBS course.
3. CETfromNBE/DNB (Primary) pass certificate (Whichever applicable).
4. Certificate of Registration from Medical Registration Council.
5. Experiencecertificate(ifany).
6. Two recent passport size self-attested photographs.
7. A Demand Draft (non-refundable) for Rs.40/- drawn in favour of the Steel Authority of IndiaLimited, Bhilai Steel Plant on any nationalized bank payable at Bhilai. (SC/ST candidatesexempted from theabovefees).
TRAVEL INFORMATION:
Bhilai Nagar is situated on the Mumbai-Howrah main line about 250 kms east of Nagpur. You areadvised to alight at Durg Junction, which isthe nearest railway station. You are requested to come prepared to stay at Bhilai for minimum 3 days in caserequired.
