Mody Institute of Technology & Science (MITS) invites application from eligible candidates for admission in to the following courses
Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FET)
1. B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech.with M.B.A. Integrated (CSE/ECE): A pass in 10+2 with physics, Mathematics and chemistry / computer Science with proficiency in English are eligible for this course. Admission will be based on the All India Rank (Overall) of AIEEE-2010.
2. M.Tech. in Comp Sc. & Engg, Signal processing, VLSI Design, Nuclear Engineering: B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Sc.in related field (M.C.A. for Computer Science & Engineering only) with a minimum of 60% marks. Scholarship of Rs.8,000/-per month to all (except Nuclear Engg.). GATE score will be preferred.
3. M.C.A.: Graduation in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks and Mathematics at least up to 10+2 level. Admission will be based on performance in institute's M.C.A. Entrance Test* / any State Level Entrance Test.
Faculty of Juridical Sciences (Law)
1. B.A.LL.B./ B.COM.LL.B. (5 Yrs.Integrated Law): 10+2 passed candidates are eligible for this course.
2. LL.M. Human Rights and Humanitarian Law / Criminal Law & Criminal Administration / Corporate & Business Law: Min. of 50% in LL.B./ 5Yrs. Integrated Law passed candidates are eligible for this course.
Faculty of Management Studies
M.B.A. Programmes (2 Yrs.) in Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Systems, Retail, Banking & Insurance, Entrepreneurship (With dual specialization) / MBA in International Business / MBA in Family Business and Entrepreneurship / MBA in Travel and Tourism: Graduation in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks. Valid CAT / XAT / JMET / MAT / State Level Entrance Test or Institute's M.BA Entrance Test* is required to cleared.
Faculty of Arts, Science & Commerce
1. B.B.A. / B.C.A. / B.Com. (Hons) / B.Sc. (Hons) Biotechnology / B.A. (Hons.) in Economics, English, French, Psychology, Vedic Astrology / BA (English, Pol. Sc., Sociology, Garm. Prod & Export Mgt. any three) / M.A. in English, Mass Communication / M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Information Technology / M.C.M. (Master in Computer Management) / M.F.C. (Master of Finance & Control): A pass in 10+2 are eligible for all the Under Graduate Programmes. Minimum 50% in graduation holders are eligible for all the Post Graduate Programs.
Ph.D. (All Disciplines): Min. of 55% marks in post Graduation holders are eligible for this course. Admission is made by written test and interview.
Last date for submission of application form is 08.06.2010 for B.Tech./M.C.A./M.B.A. & 30.06.2010 for M.Tech.
