COMED-K UGET 2011 notification
COMEDK Under Graduate Entrance Examination - COMEDK UGET 2011 for the Academic year 2011 - 2012 will be held on Sunday the 8th May 2011. The Online Application and other details will be made available on the COMEDK website
Admissions to under graduate courses in Private, Unaided, Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka for the academic year 2011-12 through COMEDK under graduate entrance test and centralized counseling (COMEDK UGET-2011)
Karnataka Private Medical and Dental Colleges Association and Karnataka Unaided Private Engineering Colleges Association have set up COMEDK to organize a common entrance test and centralized counseling, that would facilitate selection of candidates on merit for admission to undergraduate courses offered by member institutions (Medical, Engineering and Dental)
COMEDK entrance test and publication of test score and rank list will be followed by centralized counseling (single window system)
Candidates are advised to visit the COMEDK website www.comedk.org regularly for all updates.
COMEDK invites applications for taking COMEDK UGET-2011 from eligible candidates seeking admissions to UG courses in medical, dental and engineering streams for the academic year 2011-2012. For relevant and important information about COMEDK UGET-2011, kindly refer to the brochure on the website. The fee structure of each member institution and other details will be made available on website
Eligibility Criteria for applying to COMEDK UGET 2011
Applicants should have passed the 2nd PUC/12th std or equivalent exams. Candidates who have appeared for the examination and expecting results may also apply
For MBBS and BDS as per the MCI (medical council of India) and DCI (dental council of India) norms
For B.E. as per the AICTE (All India council of technical education) norms
Applications are to be filled online on our website www.comedk.org after obtaining a demand draft for Rs 800/- for 3 subjects (PCM or PCB) and Rs 1000/- for all 4 subjects (PCMB) in favour of COMEDK, payable at Bangalore (non refundable fee) and posted to the below given COMEDK address along with the demand draft and the documents asked for on or before 19th April, 2011
Neither the application forms or filled in applications will be sold or received in COMEDK office or any member institutions
