UP State Entrance Examination (UPSEE-2011)

 

 

Mahamaya Technical University has invited applications to UP State Entrance Examination (UPSEE-2011) to be held on 16-17 April, 2011 for admission to the following courses in the degree level engineering institutions and management and other professional colleges of UP State:

(i)  4 year B. Tech./B.Tech. (Ag. Engg.) Course
(ii) 4 year B.Pharm. Course
(iii) 5 year B.Arch. Course
(iv) 4 year BFAD Course 
(v)  2 year MBA Course
(vi)  3 year MCA Course
(vii) 4 year BHMCT Course

ELIGIBILITY:
(I) For admission to first year of B. Tech./B. Pharm., candidate must have clearly passed without grace, intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; securing minimum 40% marks (35% for SC/ST category candidates) in total of required subject combination of two compulsory subjects and one optional subject.
(II) For admission to first year of BHMCT/BFAD, candidate must have clearly passed with out grace, intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University securing minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST category candidates) marks in aggregate.
(III) For admission to first year of B. Arch., a candidate must have clearly passed with out grace, intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; securing (i) minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ ST) and (ii) clearly passed without grace, each compulsory and optional subjects.
(IV) A candidate possessing three years Diploma in Architecture (10+3) recognized by Central/State Govt., is also eligible for admission to first year of B. Arch. only, provided the candidate has passed the Diploma examination securing minimum 50% marks in aggregate,. Such candidates will have to appear in the entrance examination for first year of B. Arch. Paper 4.
(V) For admission to first year of MBA in any institution affiliated to GBTU, Lucknow and MTU, Noida a candidate must have passed Bachelors degree course of three years or more duration from any recognized Indian University; or its equivalent recognized by A.I.U. securing minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
(VI) For admission to first year of MCA in any institution affiliated to GBTU, Lucknow and MTU, Noida a candidate must have passed Bachelors degree course of three years or more duration from any recognized University; or its equivalent, securing minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate. Candidate must have minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Bachelor degree level.

PURCHASE AND SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS:
OMR application form with Information Brochure can be purchased till 7th March 2011 from Head Post Offices & Mukhya Dak Ghar of Uttar Pradesh.
The candidate can fillup the On-Line application form, from any place through internet by loging on to www.mtu.ac.in and www.uptu.ac.in till midnight of 7th March 2011.
After submit button on the On-Line application form, the candidate should take printout of the completed application form. The candidate should retain his/her copy and complete with photograph and signature the other copy and post the same along with bank challan duly verified by the bank for having deposited the fee as applicable.
The cost of Information Brochure and OMR Application form inclusive of entrance Examination Fee for UPSEE- 2011 or On-Line application submission, is Rs. 1000/- for General & OBC Category and Rs. 500/- for female of all Categories and SC/ST categories for all courses.

The completed application form through either of the modes should be sent to The Registrar (UPSEE-2011), Mahamaya Technical University, C-22, Sector-62, Noida - 201301, G.B. Nagar (U.P.) so as to reach, on or before (extended) 10th March, 2011.
