Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, Rajnandgaon, Chattisgarh has invited appliations for admission to Ph.D course in different branches of Music, Dance, Visual Arts, Folk Music & Art and Arts during Academic Year 2011-12.
ELIGIBILITY :
A candidate possessing any of the following degrees with at least 55% marks may be considered eligible for Ph.D. registration:
M.Mus. /M.Dance /M.F.A. /M.A. in Music /Dance /Fine Arts / Hindi / English/ Sanskrit / Theatre / Folk Music /History of Indian Art & Culture or any other equivalent Post Graduate Degree recognized by the U.G.C.
Kovid (Diploma) of I.K.S.V./ any other P.G. Diploma (minimum of two years duration) recognized by this University in the subject concerned with not less than 55% marks along with a Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
For candidates belonging to castes other than general category the reservation and other concessions will be as per the guidelines laid down by the government and the U.G.C.
All Post Graduate degrees must be under the pattern of 10+2+3/4+2.

Admission Forms are available at the office of Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh, Rajnandgaon, Chattisgarh on payment of Rs. 500.00 through cash or Bank Draft in favour of The Registrar, I. K. S. Vishwavidyalaya, payable at S.B.I. (0524) or Maharashtra Bank, Khairagarh.
