Diploma in Yoga Admissions 2011-2012
Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, 68, Ashoka Road, Near Gole Dak Khana, New Delhi – 110 001, has invited applications for admission to Diploma in Yoga Science, a regular course, extended over a period of one year and comprises two semesters (Aug-Jan. and Feb-July).
Eligibility Criteria for Admission:
i. A candidate possessing a Graduate degree (qualifying examination) in any discipline from a recognized University in India or abroad with minimum 50% of marks is eligible for admission to the Diploma in Yoga Science (for General and OBC Merit Candidates). However, for SC/ST candidates it will be 40% for eligibility to admission to the above Course.
ii. 5% marks will be added to the marks of qualifying examination for admission (over and above the marks for eligibility mentioned in col. i above) to those candidates who are possessing Masters Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
Age:
A candidate should be below 30 years of age as on 1st of August of the respective year, there is a relaxation of 10 years for in service personnel (on Regular Basis) who joins the course on deputation through proper channel.

The Prospectus and the Application form can be obtained from the office of MDNIY on cash payment of Rs.200/-.
The Prospectus and the application form can also be obtained by post through D.D of Rs.250/-in favour of Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi payable at any Nationalized Bank at New Delhi

In case of application downloaded from website, he/she shall deposit Rs.200/- by cash or D.D. at the time of submission of Application.
