Applications are invited for admission to the 1 Yr. PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology in the Department of Applied Psychology, Calcutta University for the Academic session 2011-2012.
Eligibility:
Honours Graduate in Psychology / Education / Sociology / Physiology / Human Development / Degree in Medical Science. Final Selection of candidates will be made on the basis of interview. The duration of the Course is 1 year including the completion of final exam.

Forms are available on the website www.caluniv.ac.in and www.caluniv-ucsta.net.
Application fees of Rs.200/- (for general candidates) and Rs.100/- (for SC / ST / PH candidates) may be deposited either by DD in favour of 'Calcutta University' payable at Kolkata or by Cash in C.U. challan deposited at Calcutta University cash counter (92 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata - 700009). Cash counter remains open on all working days (Monday to Friday) from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm. Please write on the reverse of the DD or CU Cash Challan Name of the candidate and course applied for.
Submission of application form:
Duly filled in application form along with self-attested copy of all relevant testimonials and Demand Draft or Cash Deposited Receipt of C.U. Challan in original should reach to the office of the Secretary, UCSTA, C.U. 92, A.P.C. Road, Kolkata - 700009 before 26.12.2011.
