Jamia Hamdard University has invited applications for admission to the following programmes which will be based on the performance in the entrance tests mentioned below:

Commencement of Online/Offline Application Forms 1st March 2013
Last Date for Submission of Application forms 30th March 2013
Display of Short listed candidates on the University Notice Board and Website By 15th April 2013
GD and Interview 25th to 28th April 2013
Announcement of Selection Lists on the University Notice Board and Website By 8th May 2013
Closure of Admissions 28th June, 2013
Or to be announced by AICTE
Commencement of Induction Programme 1st July 2013

Announcement of Selection Lists on the University Notice Board & Website By 1st July 2013
Commencement of classes 16th July, 2013
Closure of Admissions 30st September, 2013

* Dates for Application to Admission in Jamia Hamdard for MBA, MBBS and other courses may change and may be announced later on.
# Admission to MBBS programme through NEET conducted by CBSE.
Admission through NEET, JEE, CMAT, GPAT and Entrance Test/Interviews.

The procedure for admission of the following courses will be made as under:
1. Admission to MBBS Programme will be based on the performance in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET)- 2013 for MBBS Programme-2013-14 conducted by CBSE. The eligible 10 +2 candidates seeking admission to MBBS Programme must apply and appear in the NEET (UG)-2013. They have also to apply separately to Jamia Hamdard Application Form as and when announced through University website or news papers.
2. NEET (UG)-2013 qualified candidates will be preferred for admission to the following Programmes:
 BSc MLT
 BSc Emergency & Trauma Care Technology
 BSc Optometry
 BSc Medical Imaging Technology
 BSc Operation Theater Techniques
 BSc Medical Record & Health Information Management
 BSc Cardiology Lab Techniques
 BSc Dialysis Techniques
 BSc Nursing
 B Pharm
 B Pharm (Unani)
 Bachelor of Occupational Tech.(BOT)
 Bachelor of Physiotherapy Tech. (BPT)
 BUMS Programmes
 Any other Under Graduate Course in Biological Science
The candidates without NEET may be considered through institutional competitive test/Interview (Jamia Hamdard Entrance Test /Interview -2013) or through normalize qualifying examination score/percentile/percentage etc.
3. Admission to BTech in Computer Science and BTech in Information Technology Programme will be based on the performance in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE)-2013 conducted by CBSE The eligible 10 +2 (PCM) candidates seeking admission to BTech in Computer Science and BTech in Information Technology Programme must apply and appear in the JEE-2013. They have also to apply separately to Jamia Hamdard Application Form as and when announced through University website or news papers.
If seats are not filled through JEE qualified candidates then the candidates without JEE may be considered through institutional competitive test/Interview (Jamia Hamdard Entrance Test /Interview -2013) or through normalize qualifying examination score/percentile etc.
4. Admission to MBA Programme in the following disciplines will be based on the performance in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) –September 2012 or February-2013 conducted by AICTE and GD & Interview conducted by Jamia Hamdard: The eligible Graduate candidates seeking admission to MBA Programme must apply and appear in the CMAT–September 2012 or February-2013. They have also to apply separately to Jamia Hamdard Application Form as and when announced through University website or news papers.

5. Admission to M Pharm Programme in the following disciplines will be based on the performance in the GPAT-2013 conducted by AICTE and in the Entrance Test-2013 conducted by Jamia Hamdard. The eligible Graduate (BPharm) candidates seeking admission to MPharm Programme must be qualified in the GPAT-2013. They have also to apply separately to Jamia Hamdard Application Form as and when announced through University website or news papers.

In case there will be no NET-LS/NET-JRF in cognate disciplines like PhD in Pharmaceutics, PhD in Pharmacognosy & Phytochemistry, PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, PhD in Pharmacology, PhD in Pharmaceutical Medicine, the admission will be based on the performance in the Entrance Test and interview conducted by Jamia Hamdard.
