ELIGIBILITY
A candidate who wishes to be accepted as a
candidate for Ph.D research programme must satisfy the following academic
criteria:
1. MD/MS/MDS/M.Pharm. with at least 55% marks in
aggregate in concerned subject (50% for SC/ST candidates)
2. Master's degree with at least 55% marks in
aggregate in the subject concerned or in an allied subject (50% for SC/ST
candidates).

Application form completely filled in all respects
should reach the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Pt. B.D. Sharma
University of Health Sciences, Rohtak alongwith demand draft of Rs. 3000/- (Rs.
750/- for SC/BC/SBC of Haryana only) in
favour of Controller of Finance, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences,
Rohtak payable at SBI, Medical College, Rohtak (Branch Code 4735) on or before 29.08.2014
upto 5:00PM.
The application form must be accompanied by the following certificates:
1) Certificates of having passed or completed
Master degree examination from the University recognized by MCI
/DCI/PCI/NCI/UGC.
2) Four copies of the recent photographs (passport
size) duly attested.
3) A certificate of good conduct from the Head of
Institution last attended.
4) NOC from the competent authority (in case of
in-service candidates as leave shall be needed for Ph.D degree)
5) Registration with concerned council wherever applicable.
