ABOUT NIFTEM: National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship
and Management (NIFTEM) was conceptualized by Government of India on persistent
demand of the food industry to have an Apex Organisation as a One Stop Solution
Provider for the various problems of the sector. Ministry of Food Processing Industries
(MoFPI). Government of India, has set up this institute with an initial
investment of about ^500 crore (US$125 million). The Institute is spread over
an area of 100 acres at a prime location in close proximity of Delhi-Haryana
border on NH-1 only 35 km from New Delhi Railway Station. NIFTEM has been
recognized as a Deemed to be University under De-novo Category by Ministry of
Human Resource Development under University Grants Commission Act, 1956.

Education (AICTE).

years regular B. Tech. degree in Food Technology and Management leading to the
development of Techno-Manager for the food industries.
Eligibility:
Candidates who passed Class 12 Exam with Physics,
Mathematics and one of the subjects from Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer
Science, Biology.
Candidates
must be appearing in JEE (Main) -2015.

Process: Based on JEE (Main) All India Overall Rank.

Process: Through Research Entrance Test organized by NIFTEM at NIFTEM

SCHOLARSHIP/FELLOWSHIP/ FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
B. Tech.
/ M.Tech.: Meritorious students of NIFTEM are provided with Tuition fee
waiver and fixed monthly stipend in the form of NIFTEM Merit Scholarship and
NIFTEM Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship.
M.
Tech.: AICTE scholarship for GATE qualified candidate.
Ph.
D.: The NET qualified candidates shall be provided with NIFTEM Ph.
D. Fellowship (? 16000, 18000 and 20000 per month in the first, second and
third year, respectively). Those without NET shall be provided with NIFTEM
Ph.D. scholarship (^ 12000 per month).

Eligibility & Selection:
The executives joining this program must have minimum
of two years of work experience after graduation. The Institute seeks diversity
of background and interests, from a wide range of corporations, public
institutions and other professional fields. The selection will be based on a
valid GMAT/CAT score (last two years) or marks obtained in EMAT (Executive

An applicant is required to fill required details
and send a hard copy of the Application form enclosing proof of graduation,
proof-of-work experience and demand draft. The Application form then has to be
sent to IIM Kashipur by Courier/Speed post to the following address, along with
a crossed demand draft of Rs.1500/- favouring IIM Kashipur, payable at
Kashipur. Write your name and contact numbers on reverse of demand draft.

1. 'The Don Bosco Teacher's Training Programme in Remedial Education' is to empower teachers, school counselors and parents with information and skills to effectively help children with varying needs and disabilities in mainstream schools.
2. 'The Don Bosco Postgraduate Diploma in Integrated Education & Counseling' is an eight month intensive course for Schools Counselors – MA in Clinical/Counseling Psychology/Mainstream Teachers with either B.Ed and two years working experience or D.Ed / ECCE with 4 years working experience, Special Educators having completed B.Ed or an equivalent course.
The Course aims to develop Resource Persons for mainstream schools with the combined knowledge and skills of Remedial Teaching as well as Psychological Counseling.
