Pharma.D (Post Baccalaureate):
1) Pass in B.Pharm from a Pharmacy Council of India approved institution.
OR
B.S. in Pharmacy from Indian/Foreign Institution/University Graduates from foreign universities have to produce Equivalence Certificate from Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

Write to ‘The Admission Coordinator, Office of Admissions, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS-Ponekkara PO, Kochi-682041’ with a Demand Draft of Rs.1,570/- facoring “Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham”, payable at Kochi.
2) In Person:
Collect the application form from select branches of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. or The Federal Bank Ld. on payment of Rs.1,500/- (List of branches available on website – www.amrita.edu)
3) Download from the website: Completed application to be sent along with a DD of Rs.1,500/- to ‘The Admission Coordinator, Office of Admissions, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, AIMS-Ponekkara PO, Kochi-682041’.
