BHU Announces Admission to BSc Nursing & BPharm (Ay) through Entrance Test -2012
Applications are invited for the course of BSc Nursing in the College of Nursing at Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U., Varanasi & BPharm (Ay) at The Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkacha, Mirzapur Dist., under Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi.

Entrance Date: 03.06.2012
Eligibility:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Nursing)
Bachelor of Pharm (BPharm) (Ay)
Intermediate 10+2 OR equivalent from the recognized board/university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) & English with minimum 50% aggregate marks (PCBE) for General/OBC category and 40% for SC/ST category. The age of the candidates should be between 17 to 25 years for all categories as on 31-07-2012.
How To Apply:
Availability of application form:
1) The prescribed application form and information booklet can be downloaded from IMS website (www.imsbhu.nic.in) or BHU website (www.bhu.ac.in.) from 14-1-2012 to 22-03-2012. Duly completed application form along with Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU payable at Varanasi, should reach the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, on or before 28-03-2012.
2) Application form & information booklet can also be obtained from the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi-221 005,
A) by post from 14-01-2012 to 22-03-2012 by sending a self addressed unstamped envelope along with a letter of request and a DD of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU, payable at Varanasi.
B). In person from 14-01-2012 to 22-03-2012 on payment of Rs 50.00 by cash. A DD of Rs.1000/- (Rs.600/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU, payable at Varanasi, has to be paid at the time of submission of form.
Important Dates:
Last date for receipt of completed application form in the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi 221005: 28-3-2012. (TILL 5 P.M. ONLY)
Commencement of Entrance test: 03-06-2012 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon at Varanasi. No separate application is required, if applying for both courses.
