Shree Chanakya Education Society’s Indira Group of Institutes has invited applications for admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) of Academic Year 2012-13.

Eligibility:
A candidate is declared eligible for Indira PGDM Courses, if he / she have passed the degree examination of a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks and minimum 45% marks for backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only. Such candidate's application must be accompanied with relevant caste certificates and non-creamy layer certificates at the time of confirming the admission.

Final year degree students, who have not received their result will be allowed to appear for the admission process, provided at the time of taking admission they have a certificate from their college / university about being a final year student awaiting result.

Before applying for admission process candidates must have a written test score of any of the following tests:
AICTE-CMAT / CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA / GMAT

Registration for ICAP
Candidates will fill up the ICAP online registration form for GD, PI and Counseling, available on www.icap.indiraedu.com
Online registration will close on 31st March 2012.

Candidates have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000/- for which 3 choices of payment mode are available:
1. Payment at HDFC Bank:
After online ICAP 2012 registration, Candidates can select the option of Payment through HDFC Bank and take the print out of the HDFC Challan. This Challan is in 3 parts. Pay Rs.1000/- in cash in any of HDFC Bank branches in your city. The bank will return two parts of the stamped Challan to the candidate. One of them is the receipt for candidate.
Sign the stamped ICAP copy of the Pay-in-slip and send it to the Collection Centre at Shree Chanakya Education Society, ICAP Department, c/o Indira School Of Business Studies, 89/2A, New Pune - Mumbai Highway, Tathawade, Dist: Pune - 411033.

2. Counter Payment: There are 2 modes under Counter Payment.
i) Cash Payment: Candidates can come to ISBS and make payment in cash and generate the 'counter payment advice form' and submit the same.
ii) DD Payment: Candidates can make DD in favor of 'Shree Chanakya Education Society' and submit it in the ISBS cash counter or send it to Shree Chanakya Education Society, ICAP Department, C/o Indira School Of Business Studies, 89/2A, New Pune - Mumbai Highway, Tathawade, Dist: Pune - 411033.

3. Credit / Debit Cards / Internet Banking Payment Through BillDesk Payment Gateway: Candidate may pay ICAP test fee using any one of the available modes to ICAP account.

Xavier Institute of Social Service PGDM Admissions 2012

Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Dr. Camil Bulcke Path (Purulia Road), Ranchi, Jharkhand-834001, has invited applications for admission to their Two-year Full-time Post Graduate Diploma Management (PGDM) Programmes in Human Resource Management, Rural Management, Information Technology, Finance and Marketing.

There are seventy five seats each in Human Resource Management and Rural Management and sixty each in Information Technology, Finance and Marketing Management specialization. Out of this, 50% seats are reserved for SC/ST and Christian candidates.

Applicant should have a 3 or 4 years Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. However preference will be given to Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Management and Computer Science graduates and candidates with relevant work experience.

Those appearing for final year or final semester of their Graduate Degree examination in 2011-12 are also eligible to appear for the admission process subject tot production of copy of Admit Card or a letter from the Principal of the college where they are studying, if called for interview and clearing their Graduation examination with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) by August 2012, if finally selected.

Admission Procedure consists of three stages (i) All India Management Admission Test (ii) Group Discussion and (iii) Personal Interview.

Those desirous if seeking admission at XISS have to appear for the All India level management admission test organized by XLRI Jamshedpur, XAT 2012, to be held on 8th January, 2012. Such candidates have to apply online at www.xatonline.net.in for appearing in XAT 2012, latest by 30th November, 2011. While applying for XAT 2012, they must choose XISS, Ranchi in the affiliated institute section. After applying for XAT 2012, candidate will be provided a 6 digit XAT ID, which is required for applying at XISS.

Candidate is also required to apply separately to XISS. A candidate can apply for a maximum of three specializations in a single application form.

XISS Application form and Prospectus can be obtained till 10th March 2012, from the institute counter or at selected IMS Learning Centers in various cities (see the related link at http://www.xiss.ac.in/hta.html for the list of centres) by paying an amount of Rs. 1000/- (for one specialization only), Rs. 1600/- (for two specializations) or Rs. 2000/- (for three specializations), by cash or by way of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘Xavier Institute of Social Service’ payable at Ranchi on any scheduled bank. Name of the applicant must be entered on the back side of the Bank Draft. Prospectus and application form can also be downloaded from www.xiss.ac.in/admission.php.

The downloaded application form duly filled in, should be submitted along with a DD for Rs. 1000/- (for one specialization only), Rs. 1600/- (for two specializations) or Rs. 2000/- (for three specializations), drawn in favour of ‘Xavier Institute of Social Service’ payable at Ranchi on any scheduled bank with name of the applicant entered on the back side of the Bank Draft.

A candidate can apply to a maximum three specializations only. If it is found that a candidate has applied for more than three specializations on two different application forms, then he/she will be barred from the admission process for all the specializations.

Based on XAT 2012 scores, candidates who have applied for admission at the institute will be short-listed and will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview which is likely to be held at the institute premises in the between 9th April and 15th April 2012. The cut-off qualifying XAT percentile for GD/PI will be decided by the selection committee after declaration of XAT results and on the basis of number of applications received for admissions. Eligibility:

Applicants should sit for the CAT 2011/XAT 2012 exams and have at least a three-year Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any discipline from any college recognised by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) / Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with minimum 50 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.

Those appearing for their final year Bachelor's degree examination in April / May 2012 may also apply, provided they complete their final degree examination and meet other requirements before the commencement of the course in the first week of June 2012. They need to submit the degree certificate / provisional pass certificate and marks sheets latest by 31 August, 2012.Students may also be considered for admission on the basis of a valid GMAT score
