The Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate institute of Medical sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow invites application on prescribed format for the following diploma courses at the newly established school of Telemedicine and Biomedical informatics

Application with complete Bio data should be sent through registered/speed post along with demand draft of Rs.300/- in favour of school of Telemedicine and Biomedical informatics payable at Lucknow. The application should reach on or before 20th July 2009. The candidates are required to mention their e-mail address in the application form since intimation for the entrance test will be intimated through the e-mail. No separate call letters will be sent by post. The date of the entrance test (MCQs) is scheduled on 25th of July 2009 at Nursing school, SGPGIMS, LUCKNOW. The Director SGPGIMS reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
