The downloaded filled in form should be accompanied by a demand draft of Rs 2500/- (in the case of MD/MS/PG diploma) and Rs. 1200/- (in the case of MBBS/BDS, MDS and M.Sc nursing) and Rs 750/- (for all other courses) to avoid rejection.

Prospectus-cum-application forms are also available on payment of Rs 2550/- and Rs 1250/- and Rs 800/- respectively at Budania bookshop and its associates at different stations in Haryana, Punjab, UP, MP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jammu, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, a list of which is available at the university website
