UNDERGRADUTE ADMISSION NOTIFICATION 2011

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following courses for the academic year 2011-2012.

MBBS/ BDS

Eligibility for MBBS:
HSC (+2) or equivalent qualification with English, Phsyics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology)/ Biotechnology and Mathematics with marks as prescribed by the MCI.

Eligibility for BDS:
HSC (+2) or equivalent qualification with English, Phsyics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany and Zoology) with marks as prescribed by the DCI.

Section will be made on merit, based on the marks secured in the Entrance Examination conducted by this University on All India basis.

Prospectus and application Form for Entrance Examination may be obtained

By Post from the REgistrar on requision with a DD for Rs.600/- drawn in favour of "Sri Ramachandra University, Porur, Chennai-116" or

In Person by paying Rs.500/- at the University office, or

By downloading from the website www.sriramachandra.edu.in (Enclose a DD for Rs.500/- along with filled in application)

Application forms will be issued from 06-04-2011 (Wednesday)
Last date for issue of Application forms: 03-05-2011 (Tuesday)
Last date for receipt of filled in Application forms: 09-05-2011 (Monday)
Date and Time of Entrance Examination:
For MBBS 22-05-2011 (Sunday) 10.00 am to 1.00 pm
For BDS 22-05-2011 (Sunday) 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm

Entrance Examination Centeres:
BENGALURU, CHENNAI, DELHI, KOLKATA AND PUNE


Note:
1. Candidates belonging to any state / union territory in India only are eligible to apply
2. Candidates appearing for HSC (+2) Examination in March/ April 2011 can appear for the Entrance Examination.
3. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit.
