The interested persons may request for obtaining the Prescribed application form and the syllabus of the concerned course to the Director, Institute of Distance Education, Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, SAGAR (M.P.) 470 003 by sending a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of "Registrar, Dr. Hari Singh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar" alongwith a self-addressed envelope (9"x5" size) with postal stamps of Rs. 32/- affixed on it.

Application form can also be downloaded from our website www.dhsgsu.ac.in and must be accompanied with a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- in favour of Registrar.

The last date for submission of application for admission is 31st December, 2011.
