NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH (NICMAR),

established over twenty-eight years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is India's premier Post Graduate

Institute in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and

related fields. Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognized the institute as a Scientific

A. FULL TIME ON-CAMPUS PROGRAMMES: Commencing from July 2012

1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management

(PGP ACM): Offered from Pune, Hyderabad and Goa Campuses

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

2. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management

(PGP PEM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

3. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management

(PGP REUIM): Offered from Pune Campus

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management

(PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus

This multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training of engineering professionals for leadership positions in

rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organizations. The programme focuses

on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring, financing, development, execution and

management.

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying

(PGP QS): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management

(PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Architecture or Diploma in Engineering in any

discipline with five years of experience. Minimum 50% aggregate marks are required in all criteria.

HOW TO APPLY

Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office

of NICMAR on payment of Rs. 1400/- for one programme or Rs. 2100/- for more than one

programme by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune" or download the application form

from website and send it along with the application fee.

(Final year students can also apply for Sr. Nos. 1. to 6.)
