NOTIFICATION FOR ADMISSIONS – 2013

Applications are invited, for admission to first year of 6-year integrated B.Tech Degree program being offered at the university constituent institutes at Basar, Nuzvid and Idupalapaya. 5% supernumerary seats are also available in the diversified quota for other state students including Indian Workers in Gulf Countries.

ELIGIBILTY FOR ADMISSION

a) Regular students who passed SSC or its equivalent examination (10th class) held in 2013,

b) Age not more than 18 years as on 31.12.2013 (21 years in case of SC / ST candidates)

HOW TO APPLY

Applications are through online either through RGUKT website or APOnline

(i) RGUKT website at http://admissions2013.rgukt.in

Candidates may apply online from RGUKT website by payment of Rs. 150/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) as registration fee by any one of the following modes:

a) Through a crossed Demand Draft (DD) from any Nationalized Bank, drawn in favour of RGUKT SBH A/C No. 62282402377 payable at Hyderabad. Candidates must write their Name & 10th class Hall Ticket number on the back side of DD (or)

b) Through SBH Bank Challan: A/C No. 62282415161 (through SBH branch only) (or)

c) Through SBH Internet Banking (i – collect): A/C No. 62282412273 (through SBH branch only)

Note: In case the registration fee is not remitted, the application will be summarily rejected.

 (ii) APOnline: Candidates can also apply through APOnline services by paying registration fee and service charges of Rs. 15/- per application to the APOnline service centre.

In both cases, a print copy of the submitted application along with original DD/SBH challan/SBH i -collect E-receipt / APOnline receipt, and copies of the certificates should be sent to “The Registrar, Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies, Vindhya, C-4, IIIT-H Campus, Gachibowli, HYDERABAD – 500 032” by speed post / registered post immediately. The application shall not be considered if the printed form is not reached to RGUKT.

Online application commences : 24.05.2013 (from 5.00 PM)

Last date for receipt of online applications: 17.06.2013 (upto 8.00 PM)

Last date for receipt of printed online applications:22.06.2013(upto 5.00 PM)

Note: Admissions will be based on Grade Point Average (GPA) and Grade obtained in each subject by the applicants of 2013. A deprivation score of 0.4 prescribed by the Government for the year 2013-14 under Statute 13 (3), shall be added to the 10th class GPA of applicants from non-residential Government Schools including the Zillaparishad and Municipal Schools.
