Paediatrics) or MD / MS (Obst.&Gyne.) may also apply. MS in Surgery for MCh courses.

(Obst. &Gyne) for Maternal & Reproductive Health, MS for CVTS.,

MCh (CVTS) for Paediatric Cardiac Surgery,
Minimally Invasive Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (C.V.T.S. Department),
MCh (Surgical Gastroenterology) or DNB in Surgical Gastroenterology / Pediatric
Surgery or MS (Surgery) with 3 years post MS Senior Residency in General
Surgery in a department with special interest in Surgical Gastroenterology for
Liver Transplantation, Colo-rectal Surgery (Surgical Gastroenterology
department), MCh (Neurosurgery) for
Paediatric Neurosurgery & Neurosurgical Oncology (Neurosurgery department),
MCh / DNB Urology or Paediatric Surgery from a recognized university for
Paediatric Urology, MCh (Urology) for Renal Transplantation Surgery (Urology
department), DM (Nephrology) for Renal Transplantation Medicine (Nephrology
Department) & MCh / DNB in Paediatric Surgery for Paediatric Surgical
Gastroenterology (Paediatric Surgical Super Specialities department) For PDF
courses candidate should submit a write up of about 200 words to describe the
work done by him/her in the area, the reason for applying for PDF course and
what he/she wants to do after PDF. He/She should also give names of two
referees.
Candidates applying for PDF are exempted from
theory examination, but they would have to appear in an interview to be held on
Tuesday dated 15.07.2014 in respective departments.
Age limit: Upper age limit for eligibility is 35
Years on the first day of the month of start of the Session i.e. on 01/07/2014.
Age relaxation of a maximum of 5 years may be given to SC / ST / OBC candidates
(only those having Domicile in the state of Uttar Pradesh). Reservation to
widowed / divorced / legally-separated women who have not re-married and
disabled / handicapped persons will be as per Government rules. There is no
upper age limit for PDF Course.

Application Form correctly filled in on line on
prescribed format and printed copy along with demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn
in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, (Academic Account) payable at State Bank of
India SGPGI Branch, code No. 7783 Lucknow and supporting document /
certificates should be submitted to the Executive Registrar, SGPGIMS, Lucknow
by registered post / speed post / courier on or before 30th June 2014.
