Eligibility Criteria:

Sl.No: 1.  MBBS / BDS / BHS / BCA / BSc / BSc (IT) / Diploma (Engg.-Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, IT, Computer Science from a Polytechnic), BSc (Medical Laboratory Technician), BSc in Nursing (Recognized by NCI) or its equivalent.

Sl.No: 2.  MBBS / BDS / BCA / BSc / Diploma (Engg.-Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication, IT, Computer Science from a Polytechnic), BSc (Medical Laboratory Technician), BSc in Nursing (Recognized by NCI) or its equivalent.

Sl.No: 3. MBBS / BDS / Master's in Hospital Administration / Masters in Public Health. Mid-Career Professionals preferred.

Sl.No: 4. Science Graduates with Bachelor in Library Science or Bachelor in Library & Information Science.

Sl.No: 5. Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Nursing from recognized Institution.

Application Form correctly filled in on line on prescribed format and printed copy along with demand draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, (Academic Account) payable at State Bank of India SGPGI Branch, code No. 7783 Lucknow and supporting document / certificates should be submitted to the Executive Registrar, SGPGIMS, Lucknow by registered post / speed post / courier on or before 7th July 2014.

Entrance test (MCQs pattern) is scheduled on 14th July 2014 at 10:00 am in School of Telemedicine & Biomedical Informatics, SGPGIMS, Lucknow
