Applications
are invited by MG University, Kottayam for admission to the academic programmes
(MS in Nano science and Nanotechnology, Integrated MSc, PhD in Nano science and
Nanotechnology, MPhil in Nano science and Nanotechnology) offered in
International and Inter University Centre for Nano science and Nanotechnology
Name and
Eligibility:
1. MS in
Nano science and Nanotechnology: MSc in any area of Science or BTech / BE in
any discipline in Technology / Engineering with 50% marks.
2.
Integrated MSc PhD in Nano science and Nanotechnology: BSc in any area of
Science with 50% marks.
3. MPhil in
Nano science and Nanotechnology: MSc in any discipline with 50% marks.
Those
candidates who have already registered online through CAT-MGU for the above
programmes need not apply again.

forms can be downloaded from the website link:
Registration
fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs.250/-for SC/ST candidates) shall be remitted at the cash
counter of the University or at Friends Janasevanakendram or or by way of MG
University Chalan from State Bank of Travancore. Application fee can also be
remitted by way of DD drawn in favour of the Finance officer, Mahatma Gandhi
University payable at SBT, M.G University Campus Branch (code No. 669).
The
candidates are required to send applications to the Director, International and
Inter University Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Mahatma Gandhi
University, Priyadarsini Hills PO, Kottayam 686560. A self- addressed stamped
envelope shall be enclosed along with the application.
The last date for receipt of filled in application is 22nd
July 2014.
