General requirement for candidates applying for PhD
is a Master’s degree of this University or any other qualification recognized
as equivalent thereto in the fields of study notified from time to time with
not less than 55% marks.
In addition to the above, for Engineering &
Technology Branches candidates should have ME / MTech or MS (By Research) in
the relevant branch of Engineering or Technology and for Science, Humanities
& Social Sciences Branches, MSc / MA / MS (By Research) in the relevant
branch of Science, Humanities, and Social Sciences / MCA
