NHPC Limited (formerly known as National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Ltd.),  a Mini Ratna, Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Enterprise of India is recruiting Graduate Engineers through GATE 2015.

NHPC Limited offers a challenging and rewarding career to dynamic young Graduate Engineers as Trainee Engineers (Electrical) in 2015. Electrical discipline includes Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Engineering. Those interested in the position are required to appear for GATE 2015 in the related subject stream. The total number of vacancies to be filled is 87.

Applicants should have passed a full time, regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or the B.Sc (Engineering) Degree from recognised Indian University or Institution approved by AICTE or AMIE (enrolled before 31.03.2013) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent Grade. Maximum age as on 1.4.2015 shall be 30 years. Online application for GATE 2015 is to be submitted through the website http://gate.iitk.ac.in/GATE2015/ , latest by 23.59 hours on 1st October 2014.

The Online submission of applications will commence at NHPC website http://www.nhpcindia.com/career.htm  on 1st January, 2015 and will close on 31st January, 2015. Applications cab be submitted at this site after obtaining he registration number of GATE 2015.
