Admission to Ph.D. Programmes 2015

Admission to Ph.D. Programs will be done through the written test followed by interview of the shortlisted candidates. The Entrance Examination and Interview will be conducted at University Campus. Financial assistantship will be offered to deserving full time scholars in engineering stream only.

Eligibility

Master's Degree in relevant/appropriate discipline/field/subject with first division or minimum cumulative grade point average of 6.75 on 10 point scale

Admission process

The applicant will have to qualify the Ph.D. entrance test conducted by the University or central bodies such as UGC /CSIR etc. The qualified applicant will be interviewed by the respective departmental research committee.

Scholarship for full time PhD Course

A teaching Assistant ship of Rs. 20,000/- per month will be given to selected research scholars from Engineering discipline only.
