DM/MCh Admission Notice 2015

An All India MCQ type Entrance Test for admission to two seats each in DM (Cardiology) and MCh (CTVS) Courses in IGMC, Shimla has been scheduled to be held on 28-06-2015 (Sunday) at IGMC premises, Shimla

Educational Qualifications:
The candidates should have passed / appeared in MD / MS (Allopathy) examination in the concerned subject as mentioned below or equivalent degree(s) duly recognized by the Medical Council of India and registered with the Central or State Medical Council:
i) DM (Cardiology) Course: The candidate(s) should have passed / appeared in MD examination in Medicine or Pediatrics.
ii) MCh (CTVS) Course: The candidate(s) must have passed / appeared in MS examination in General Surgery.
Note: The candidate(s) appearing in qualifying examination will have to submit the copy of degree on the day of Counselling.
Age: The upper age limit for the direct candidates and for the In-Service GDO’s will be 40 years and 45 years respectively as on 1st July, 2015.

Application Procedure:
The schedule for filling online application form for this entrance test will be till 16.06.2015 on http://apps.indiaresults.com/hp/hp-university/dm-mch-form-2015/Login.aspx
The desirous candidates are advised to be ready with soft / scanned copy of passport size photograph and scanned copy of signatures in jpg before filling online application forms. Mode of payment for Entrance Test Fee: Rs.5000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) shall be paid by the candidates at any State Bank of India Branch through Computer generated Challans / Net Banking or through Credit / Debit Cards of any Bank within the prescribed schedule

The Computer generated confirmation copy of Application Form with a separate photograph pasted on it duly attested along with fee receipt must reach in the office of the Deputy Registrar (Entrance Tests), Room No.10, (Ground Floor) Administrative Block, Summer Hill, Shimla 171005 latest by 19.06.2015.

The In-Service candidates are required to submit their Computer generated confirmation copy through proper channel or must attach ‘No Objection Certificate’ therewith from the competent authority so as to reach in the University Office on or before the last date for submission of Application Form i.e. 19.06.2015.

The provisional Admit Card / Roll Numbers will be available for downloading by the candidates in H.P. University Website www.hpuniv.in  w. e. f. 23.06.2015
