Apprentice training at Aeronautical Development Establishment

Under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, Director, Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE), Bengaluru invites applications from eligible candidates for Graduate/ Diploma / ITI apprenticeship training as per details below: -

NOTE
1. For the above mentioned vacancies, reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will be applicable as per provisions of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Central Apprentice Rules. Apprentice Act-1961, Apprentice Rules-1992 and Apprentice (Amendment) Rules-2015.
2. The number of vacancies mentioned above is only indicative and may change at a later stage depending on the final assessment of eligible applications received.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Duration of training will be strictly in accordance with Apprentice Act-1961, Apprentice Rules and its amendments from time to time.
2. Registration of BE/B Tech/Diploma candidates on www.mhrdnats.qov.in and ITI candidates on NCVT MIS portal 'https://ncvtmis.QQv.in) is mandatory. Kindly see respective websites for registration. After due registration on the website, keep a copy of Registration acknowledgement. This copy should be enclosed along with the application form.
3. Candidates with post graduate qualification/ higher qualifications are not eligible to apply.
4. Candidates must have valid SC/ST/OBC/PWD certificate. Certificate whose vaidity has expired would not be accepted for granting concession.
5. Candidates must have completed ITI from NCVT Board. SCVT is acceptable if trades are not available under NCVT.
6. Applications of those candidates who have appeared in the qualifying examination but those whose results have not been declared / available as on 14/09/2017 (For ITI) and 21/09/2017 (For Degree/Diploma) will not be considered for training. Provisional Degree / Certificates of qualifying exam would however be acceptable during the time of joining, but final degree certificates shall have to be submitted as and when received.
7. Those candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidate are only eligible to apply.
8. Selection of Candidates from SC/ST/OBC/PWD category would be as per Apprenticeship rules.
9. PWD candidates are eligible only for the designated trades as per apprenticeship rules.
10. Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or at present undergoing apprenticeship training under any organization are not eligible to apply.
11. No TA/DA shall be given to outstation candidates for interview/ joining Aeronautical Development Establishment.

STIPEND: Candidates finally selected for the apprenticeship training would be eligible for stipend as given below as per Government of India rules.
Graduate Trainee Rs. 4984/- per month Diploma
Trainee Rs. 3542/- per month
ITI Trainee 90% of the wages payable per month to the semi-skilled workmen as fixed by latest Karnataka Govt. Gazette Notification.
MEDICAL FITNESS:
The candidate should possess satisfactory health. Candidates finally selected will have to produce Fitness Certificate as per ADE specific format during joining issued by authorized Medical Officer of any Government Hospital. Certificate issued by ESIC Hospitals will not be accepted. Final selection of candidate depends on his/her fulfilling health standards as prescribed in Apprentice Act-1961 and Apprentice Rules -1992 as amended from time to time.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:
1. There would not be any written examination for selection.
2. Graduate Apprentice Trainees (B.E/B.Tech or Equivalent): Selection of candidates will be carried out by shortlisting of candidates on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and vacancies available in the discipline followed by an interview.
3. Diploma Apprentice Trainees/ ITI Apprentice Trainees: There would be no interview for Diploma and ITI trades. Candidates would be selected based only on marks obtained in the qualifying exam subject to satisfactory medical fitness.

HOW TO APPLY:
Duly filled-in application form along with the required documents should be submitted either by hand or by post as per General Instructions. Application received through email will not be accepted.
Applications received after the last date/incomplete or partially filled application forms/Applications without candidate's signature will not be accepted. All details have to be filled in or marked as N/A. The envelope containing application form and other documents must be super-scribed on the top with "APPLICATION FOR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING -2017 - GRADUATE / DIPLOMA / ITI" (as applicable).
Duly filled application form along with the documents listed in general instructions shall be submitted either by hand or by post to the address mentioned below by 14th September, 2017 (For ITI ) and 21st September, 2017 (For B.E./B.Tech/Equivalent).
