For admission to Ph.D. in Law, applicants should have LL.M with 55% marks. For admission to the LL.M (day classes, full time, 2 years) and LL.M (evening classes, 3 years) Programmes, applicant should have LL.B. Degree with not less than 50% marks.

Minimum qualification for admission to the P.G. Diploma Courses except for Labour Law is a Graduate Degree from a recognised University. The minimum requirement for admission to the P.G. Diploma Course in Labour Law is a Law Degree or M.A. in Social Sciences (IInd Division).
Those appearing in the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply but their admission will be subject to production of proof of having acquired minimum prescribed qualification, at the time of admission. Candidates who have passed or appeared in the 4th year examination of LL.B. (five year course) from a recognised Institute/University are also eligible for admission to Post Graduate Diploma Courses (except for Labour Law). Five seats each are reserved for these students.
