Central Footwear Training Institute invites application for admission to the following Courses :

1. Two Diploma Course in "Footwear Manufacture & Design" :

The Course is affiliated to Textile Institute, U.K.

Eligibility :

Age : (As on 01 / 08 / 2010).

Minimum Age : 17- 25 Years.

Qualification : 10+2 Passed.

2. One Year Certificate Course in "Creative Design & Shoe Making" :

Courses Commencing from August - 2010.

Eligibility :

Ago : (As on 01 / 08 / 2010).

Minimum Age : 17 Years.

Qualification : 10+2 Passed.

Last date for issue of Prospectus & Application 24 May, 2010.

Last date for submission of Application 31 May, 2010.

Written test will be held on 20 June, 2010.

Staying at Hostel is compulsory for candidates applying from outside Agra.

Reservation : As per Govt, of India rules for SC / ST candidates.

The course is not suitable for persons with disability VIZ Blindness or Orthopaedicaily handicapped / Locomotor Disability / carebral palsy with one Arm or one Leg affected as the trainees have to operate Heavy Footwear Machinery during the training Training Fee (Tuition Fee) will not be charged from SC / ST candidates.

Prospectus Cost : Counter Sale Rs.350/-.

Through post on sending of DD of Rs. 400/- in favour of "Director, CFTI" payable at Agra.

For Sponsored Quota 10 Seats : The Footwear Manufacture Company who wish to sponsor their candidates should write directly to the Director, CFTI, Agra with a crossed cheque of their firm of Rs.50,000/- for course code - 01 and Rs. 10,000/- for Course code - 02 in the favour of "Director, CFTI, Agra" along with Rs. 350/- for cost of prospectus on or before 24 May, 2010.

Note :

The minimum desirable score is 20% to get shortlisted in the merit list for all.
