About ICAT
ICAT is the First Digital Media College in India which has obtained ISO 9001:2000 Certification. At ICAT, the prime objective is to provide excellent and comprehensive education in Digital Media.
Annamalai University programs are recognized by the Government of India and come under the purview of UGC and DEC. The University of Wales does not come under the purview of UGC / AICTE. Fashion Design, Advertising Design and Graphic Design courses are Edexcel Programmes.


lCAT offers UG Degree (International University), UG Degree (Indian University) and Post Graduate Diploma programs. Those who are desirous of seeking admission should have fulfilled the following criteria:

Eligibility for B.A in Digital Media

Students seeking admission for B.A. in Digital Media program should have an educational level equivalent to a pass in high school (10 + 2 years of schooling) in English medium. This includes those who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after completing 10th Std. Those who have not studied the +1 & +2 in English medium should have completed IELTS level 6. Candidates failing to meet the entry level qualification will not be considered for Admission.

Students seeking admission for B.Sc Digital Media program should have an educational level equivalent to a pass in high school (10 + 2 years of schooling). This includes those who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after completing 10th Std. Candidates failing to meet the entry level qualification will not be considered for Admission.

Eligibility for B.A in Communication Design

Students seeking admission for B.A. in Communication Design program should have an educational level equivalent to a pass in high school (10 + 2 years of schooling) in English medium. This includes those who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after completing 10th Std. Those who have not studied the +1 & +2 in English medium should have completed IELTS level 6. Candidates failing to meet the entry level qualification will not be considered for Admission.

Eligibility for PG Diploma

Students seeking admission for PG Diploma in Digital Media program should have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or Government. Those who are seeking admission for PG Diploma in Game Development should have completed B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc or Any Under Graduate Degree with Computer Science as the specialization or Any Under Graduate Degree with proficiency in C or C++ along with understanding of Mathematics and Physics.

Send Filled in Application and two passport size photographs to the chosen campus (Chennai, Banglore and Hyderabad) along with a DD for Rs.750 in favour of ICAT, payable at the chosen campus. College Prospectus along with the Hall Ticket for the aptitude test will be sent either through Post or by E-Mail. Alternatively Application form along with prospectus can be obtained from any of the College campus in person by cash.

Aptitude Test
Date & Venue will be intimated by Post or by E-Mail. You can have a look at the test paper of the previous year in our download section.

Personal Interview
Personal Interview will be conducted for those who qualify in the "Aptitude Test". A Creative Portfolio can be presented during the interview, to improve probability of selection. Though not mandatory the College recommends it.


Admission
Admission of the selected candidates will be confirmed only after the payment of Admission fees (non-refundable) and verification of academic documents as per norms. In some cases 'conditional' admission may be given (at sole discretion of the College).
