Applications are invited for admission to
(i) M.B.A.,
(ii) M.B.A. (Executive)and
(iii) M.C.A.,
offered under Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) in the University Departments for the Academic year 2011-2012. Admissions are made based on TANCET – 2011 score for MCA and TANCET/MAT – 2011 score for MBA Programme.
(i) MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (M.B.A.)-Two years Full Time Programme:
Eligibility : Any Graduate with 50% of marks.
Admission: Through TANCET/MAT-2011 scores, group discussion,
personal interview and academic score in UG programme.
Last Date for receipt of filled in applications: 10 days from the publication of TANCET – 2011 results.
(ii) MBA (EXECUTIVE) (18 Months)
Eligibility:
1. Any Degree
2. Working experience of minimum 2 years
Industrial /academic.
Teaching Methodology: Evening and weekend classes.
Mode of Selection :
1. Written Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Interview

Three years Full Time Programme:
Eligibility: A pass in any recognised Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in 10+2+3/4 years pattern in any discipline with +2 level Mathematics (or) any recognised Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration in 10+2+3 years pattern in any discipline with Mathematics or Statistics as any one the subjects M.C.A. is also available as self supportive programme.
Admission: Through TANCET-2011 score
Last Date for receipt of filled in applications: 10 days from the publication of TANCET- 2011 results.
Applications and prospectus can be obtained from the office of the Registrar on or after 15.05.2011on payment of Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for SC/ST/DA) by DD in favour of “The Registrar, Periyar University” payable at Salem.
