ELIGIBILITY
Any Graduate shall be eligible for Post Graduate & PGD Courses, and any candidate who has passed 10+2, ITI (Electrical, Electronics, Fitter, , and Computer) or equivalent Board of Education shall be eligible for admission to Under Graduate & Diploma Courses

APPLICATION FORMS:
Prospectus & Application Form can be obtained from KUVEMPU UNIVERSITY, JNANA SAHYADRI, SHANKARAGHATTA-577451, KARNATAKA, from September 15, 2011, in person OR by sending a requisition along with a self addressed envelope of size 10X12 inch with postal stamps worth Rs.40/- affixed on the envelope, and a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.150/ towards the cost of Prospectus & Application Form, drawn in favour of The FINANCE OFFICER, KUVEMPU UNIVERSITY, payable at State Bank of Mysore, Jnana Sahyadri/State Bank of India, Shankaraghatta/any Nationalized Bank payable at Shimoga and addressed to the Director, DDE.

These shall also be available at Sahyadri Colleges, Shimoga; P.G Centre, Kadur; and Head Post Offices Shimoga, and authorized Student Counselling Centres

Application duly filled along with relevant enclosures (as mentioned in the prospectus should be sent to THE DIRECTOR, DIRECTORATE OF DISTANCE EDUCATION, KUVEMPU UNIVERSITY, JNANA SAHYADRI, SHANKARAGHATTA - 577 451, KARNATAKA.

LAST DATE for receipt of filled in Application along with the Admission/Registration Fee without fine is 31-11-2011, with late fee of Rs.100/- is 31-12-2011 and with late fee of Rs.300/- is 16-01-2012
