Procedure for application:
The qualifying mark is 55% in Post-Graduation for general category and 50% for reserved category. Candidates fulfilling eligibility criteria in the respective disciplines may download the soft copy of the application form from the website link:

DD for Rs.750/- drawn in favour of IGNOU payable at New Delhi;
Attested copies of certificates in support of educational and experience qualifications (wherever applicable);
Attested copy of certificate in support of reserved category
Synopsis of the research to be undertaken for candidates applying under Stream A.
