Applications are invited for admission to Ph.D. programme in Physiology for the year 2012 from eligible candidates who should apply in the prescribed proforma available from CU website. The duly filled application form along with the receipt of challan of Rupees 100/- as admission test/interview fee (which should be deposited in the cash counter of University of Calcutta at 87/1, College Street, Kolkata- 73) is to be submitted in the office of Head Department of Physiology, CU within 29th February , 2012. The eligible candidates will have to appear in a written test of two hours duration to be held in the Department of Physiology on March 06th, 2012 at 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm. The syllabus of this admission test is obtainable from CU website. The candidates will be called for an interview in the Department of Physiology, CU on the basis of written test on March 15th, 2012. Candidates with NET/GATE or equivalent qualification are not required to appear for the admission test but would need to qualify the interview.
