XIMB ADMISSIONS NOTICE 2013-2015

Invites applications for admission to the AICTE approved programmes for the year 2013.

1. Two-year full-time programme for Postgraduate' Diploma in Business Management, 2013-15

2. Two-year full-time programme for Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM), 2013-15

3. Two-year full-time programme for Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Manaqement, 2013-15

Eligibility: For all the above three programmes, minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a recognised University/Deemed University. Final year degree students, completing their final examinations by June 15, 2013, can also apply.

Admission Test: For PGDM and PGDM-HRM, all applicants are required to appear for any one Of the following tests:

a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI on January 6, 2013, or

b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs during 11 October- 6 November 2012. For PGDM-RM, all applicants are required to appear for any one of the following tests: a) XAT-2013, or b) CAT-2012, or c) IRMA Test to be conducted by Institute of Rural Management, Anand on November 11,2012. Applicants have to follow XAT/CAT/IRMA advertisements respectively and [apply in time, before separately applying to XIMB.

• XIMB uses CAT for shortlisting candidates for its full-time Postgraduate Programmes in Management. IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the programmes.

• XAT is also used by XIMB for shortlisting candidates for its full-time Postgraduate Programmes in Management. XLRI or IRMA has no role in the selection process or in the conduct of the programmes.

• There is no paper-based application form for seeking admission to XIMB. • The application fee (Rs.1000/- for one programme, and Rs.500/- each for every additional programme/ admission test) should be paid after filling up the Online Application Form, as instructed therein.

• Last date for applying online to XIMB is November 26, 2012
