Application form-cum-Prospectus can be
obtained in person or by post from the Director, Centre for Distance Education,
Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Nampally, Hyderabad-4 by submitting a DD
taken from any nationalised bank for Rs. 300/- in favour of the "Registrar,
Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, payable at Hyderabad". Please send
30x22cm self-addressed stamped (Rs.60/-) cloth cover to obtain the
Prospectus-cum-Application form by post.
Applications
also can be downloaded from University Website. The last date to submit the
filled-in application
form without late fee is 31.12.2013. With late fee Rs. 200/- 31.1.2014.
