Admission to NRI seats of MBBS Course 2009-2010
Jhalawar Medical College is run by Jhalawar Hospital and Medical Society which is fully owned and controlled by Government of Rajasthan. All members of the society are Government employees. Out of 100 MBBS seats, 85 seats are filled through PMT while 15 seats will be filled from NRI quota
Applications are invited for 15 NRI seats of MBBS course at Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar for the academic session 2009-10, from eligible son/daughter/ward of a Non-Resident Indian.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary examination of the Indian School Certificate Examination or equivalent examination or acquired qualification which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of study comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. The candidate must have obtained an aggregate of 50% (40% for SC/ST/OBC) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology and pass marks in English.
The application form can be obtained from Dr. M.L. Jain, Director RCH, Swasthya Bhawan, Tilak Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur-302004, Tel: 0141-2228707 on payment of Rs. 1000/- by cash/postal order/demand draft in favour of Jhalawar Hospital and Medical Society, Jhalawar or can be downloaded from website www.rajswasthya.nic.in a draft of Rs. 1000/- will be enclosed in favour of Jhalawar Hospital and Medical Society, Jhalawar with downloaded application form
Last date for application: 31st July, 2009, 5 pm
Application completed in all respects must reach Director (RCH) Dr. M.L. Jain, Swasthya Bhawan, Talk Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur 302004 (Rajasthan) by 31st July, 2009 5 pm.
The applicants will be required to appear before the Selection board on 3rd August 2009 at 11 am at Swasthya Bhawan, Tilak Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur.
