University of Madras has invited applications for admission to the following UG and PG courses, conducted through Distance Mode for the Academic Year 2010-11.

UG COURSES:

1.   B.A. - Tamil, English, Urdu, Historical Studies, Public Administration, Economics, Vaishnavism, Criminology and Police Administration ; 2.   B.Lit. - Tamil Literature ; 3.   B.Sc. - Mathematics, Geography, Psychology, Medical Sociology ; 4. B.Nat. - Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences ; 5.   B.Music - Music ; 6. B.Com. - Commerce, Bank Management, Co-operation, Corporate Secretaryship, Computer Applications ; 7. B.B.A. - Business Administration ; 8.  B.C.A. - Computer Applications

PG COURSES:

1.   M.A. - Tamil, English, Hindi, Urdu, Modern Arabic, Historical Studies, Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Sociology, Christian Studies, Human Rights and Duties Education, Vaishnavism ; 2. M.Music - Music ; 3. M.Com. - Commerce ; 4. M.Sc. - Mathematics, Geography, Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Medical Sociology, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology

Registration Fee for UG Courses is Rs.100/- and for PG Courses, Rs.150/-, which is to be paid via Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalised / Schedule Bank drawn in favour of "THE DIRECTOR, IDE, UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS" payable at Chennai and to be submitted along with filled-in application forms. Applications forms can be downloaded from the website: https://ideunom.ac.in

Filled in applications along with necessary documents have to be submitted to The Director, Institute of Distance Education, University of Madras, IDE Buildings, Chepauk, Chennai - 600 005. Candidates from other states can submit their applications at any one of the Study Centres of the Institute of Distance Education (IDE), University of Madras, of the State concerned.

 

Last date for submission of completed applications is 30.09.2010.
