The cost of application form is Rs.650/- payable tn the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the "THE DIRECTOR, CENTRE FOR DISTANCE EDUCATION. ANNA UNIVERSITY, CHENNAI - 600025" and payable at Chennai.
Those who want to get the application form by Post should send requisition letter long with Demand Draft payable at Chennai for Rs.700/- before 02-07-2012. Application form can also be obtained in person from the following Study Centres located outside Chennai on payment of Rs. 650/- in cash.

Application form can also be downloaded from the website of the Centre. In such cases the candidates should enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.650/- along with the completed application. Candidates who are submitting completed applications in person can obtain their Hall Ticket immediately.

Application will be processed only on receipt of hardcopy accompanied by Demand Draft within the prescribed last date.
