Eligibility: Candidate must have passed Matric with Science subject examination or its equivalent examination from a recognized institution situated in Punjab the candidates who have passed the Matric from Private/open school of Punjab with Science subject is also eligible for the course, if candidate from Punjab are not available then candidate from other state can also the considered.

Age: The candidate must have completed 15 years of age as on 31st December of the corresponding year

Number of seats/reservation/fee/selection admission and other conditions shall be as notified by the Punjab Govt.

Application Form: Application forms along with brochure can be had from the office of member secretary, Punjab State Faculty of Ayurvedic and Unani System of Medicine at Govt Ayurvedic College, Patiala and concerned colleges from 19th July, 2012

Cost of brochure on counter hand Rs 200/-; by post Rs 250/-

Last date of submission of form: 01st August, 2012, upto 05.00 p.m. at Govt Ayurvedic College, Patiala

Date of counseling: General category 08th August, 2012, 09.00 a.m.; all reserve and other categories 09th August, 2012, 09.00 a.m. onward

Venue of counseling: Govt Ayurvedic College, Patiala

Fee will be deposited at the time of counseling

The candidate should be present personally with original documents at the counseling

No separate interview letter shall be issued

The category-wise distribution of seats shall be displayed at the venue/time of counseling
