Applications in the prescribed form are invited for admission to the Post-graduate Diploma Course in Cyber Law (PGDCL).

The number of seats for the course shall be 50. The course will be spread over a period of one year with classes being held on weekends and holidays. The minimum qualification for admission shall be a Bachelor’s degree in any stream or a Bachelor’s degree in law recognized by NUALS. Preference will be given to those who possess a degree in law.

Application forms can be obtained from the office of the NUALS during working hours on payment of Rs 500/- (Rs 250 for SC/ST candidates). Application form can also be downloaded from the NUALS Website www.nuals.ac.in.  In such cases, a Demand Draft for Rs 500/- (Rs 250/- in respect of SC/ST students) drawn in favour of THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES on any scheduled bank payable at Kochi, towards Registration Fee shall also be submitted along with the filled-in application form.

The last date for receipt of filled in applications is 23.11.2012. Self-attested copies of certificates to prove date of birth, qualifications and experience shall be attached along with the application. Incomplete applications and applications without Registration fee will be summarily rejected. Further details regarding the course are available on the website.

The fees prescribed for the course shall be:

Admission Fee - Rs 500/-

Tuition Fee - Rs 15,000/-

Examination Fee - Rs 1,000/-

Library Fee - Rs 2,000/-

Caution Deposit (Refundable) - Rs 2,500/-
