MGM Institute of Health Sciences announces admission to the Ph.D. |Medical] Programmes - 2013 in the following disciplines:

3.         Biochemistry  9.         Nursing

4.         Microbiology  10.       Hospital Management

5.         Pharmacology            11.       Pharmaceutical Management

6.         Medical Sciences (Pre, Para and Clinical Subjects)                      

PERIOD OF TRAINING:

2 Years for Candidates who possess M.D. / M.S. / P.G. Diploma.

3 Years for Candidates who possess M.Sc. (Medical Subjects).

ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY:

Recognised postgraduate qualification in Medical Subjects i.e. Master's Degree (M.D. /M.S. /P.G. Diploma /M.Sc. in Medical Subjects) in respective discipline or equivalent qualification, with minimum 55% marks or B+ grade at the Master's Degree.

Candidates appearing in the final examination/ awaiting results of the respective Master's degree are also eligible to apply and appear for the Entrance Test. However, their enrolment for Ph.D. Course will be subject to obtaining not less than 55% of aggregate marks or B+ grade at the Master's degree. The result of Entrance Test of such candidates will be validated only after the declaration of Master's degree Examination Result in the same cycle-year which shall not be later than the date of registration for Ph.D. Course.

HOW TO APPLY:

(i) Download the application form from the Institute's website vvww.mgmuhs.com.

(ii) Filled in Application Form may be submitted by hand or sent by post to reach the Office of the Registrar,' MGM Institute of Health Sciences', Navi Mumbai; in an envelope superscribed "Ph.D. Application 2013", alongwith

a. Attested copies of the Statement of Marks of Master's Degree.

b. Demand Draft of Rs. 3,000/- drawn in favour of MGM Institute of Health Sciences, payable at Mumbai, towards the cost of application form and Entrance Test.

1. Issue of application Forms : 15.04.2013

2. Last date for the receipt of completed application forms : 07.05.2013

3. Entrance Examination : 18.05.2013

4. Date of Practical/Viva-Voce at MGMIHS : 10.06.2013
