Applications
have been invited by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot for
Admission to DM & MCh Courses in the following specialisations during
Academic Year 2013-14.

Eligibility and
Qualifications:
Eligibility
and qualifications will be as per Punjab Govt. Notification No.
5/6/2013-3HBIII/2554 dated 22.05.2013.
Applications:
Fee
Required with Admission Application Form:
Rs.
10,000/- should be deposited in any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce throughout
India by using Bank Challan form available on University web site i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in by due date and time i.e. 27.08.2013.
Before
applying, candidate should have to deposit requisite fee in the University
account through any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce by using specified
Bank Challan Form, which is available at university website i.e.
http://www.bfuhs.ac.in. After depositing requisite fee in the bank account of
the University, a unique Transaction ID will be issued by the concerned bank,
which is required to be entered in the admission application form. Fee shall
not be accepted in any other mode i.e. cash, Cheque, Demand Draft etc.
Candidates
shall deposit Fee of Rs. 10,000 in the OBC Bank through specified challan form
available on University website and deposit the admission application form at
the Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot by 27.08.2013
positively.
After
depositing the fee, the candidate must submit admission application form which
is available on the University websitehttp://bfuhs.ac.in, at the Baba Farid
University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.
Candidate
can use A4 (25 x 30) size envelope to send printout of application form
complete in all aspects by stipulated date and time to the Registrar, Baba Farid University of
Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot-151203 by mentioning on top of the
envelop “Admission Application Form for DM/M.Ch. Courses”.
Conduct of the
Test:
SSET-
2013 will include admission to Super Specialty Courses of DM in the speciality
of Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Neurology & Nephrology and MCh in the
speciality of Plastic Surgery, Urology, Neurosurgery, Cardio Vascular &
Thoracic Surgery in Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana.
SSET-2013
for Super Speciality Courses will contain 100 multiple choice questions of 4
marks each. The duration of test will be of 2 hours from 12.00 Noon to 2.00 pm.
The candidates who secure 50% and above marks in SSET-2013 will be eligible for
Practical / viva of 100 marks and final merit for admission will be prepared on
the basis of SSET marks and practical / viva marks taken together. The test will be
conducted on 02.09.2013

Fee

Faridkot.

of conduct of SSET-2013: 02.09.2013 from 12.00 Noon to 2.00 pm at Faridkot

conducting Practical / Viva: 03.09.2013 at 9.00 am at Dayanand Medical College,
Ludhiana
Date
of conduct of counselling: 04.09.2013 at Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana.
