3RD ROUND OF COUNSELLING FOR MBBS COURSE FOR 7 AIIMS FOR 2013
SESSION TO BE HELD ON 13.09.2013
The
3rd round of counselling for MBBS for 7 AIIMS has been re-scheduled to be held
on 13.09.2013 instead of 12.09.2013.
The
3rd round of counselling will be done on 13th September. 2013 at J.L.
Auditorium. AIIMS. New Delhi at 9.00 AM onwards.
For
this round of counselling candidates equal to six times no. of seats advertised
for 7 AIIMS will be eligible subject to availability of such candidates having
qualified Entrance Examination i.e. UR candidates upto rank no.2022 and 362
more OBC candidates after rank no. 2691. Out of previously eligible candidates
called for 1st and 2nd round of counselling, all those who were absent i.e.
did not attend for counselling in 1st and 2nd round of counselling (did not
present themselves before counseling committee on being called on their rank)
are INELIGIBLE for this round of counseling and their names have not been
included in the list of eligible candidates.
All
candidates who are eligible (lists enclosed) for counselling should report to
AIIMS, New Delhi on 13.09.2013 at 9.00 AM for counselling at J.L. Auditorium as
per their rank. All eligible candidates may check their eligibility on the AIIMS
website and can report for counselling on the date and time given above.
For
3rd round of counselling no individual counselling letters are being sent.
Candidates may download their counselling letter from website and go through
instruction carefully. All candidates who have already got admission in any of
the AIIMS or any other institution and are in the list of eligible candidates
for counselling can participate in the 3rd round of counselling but will be
required to bring their original certificates/statement of certificate from
the institution/ organization (in case original certificates has been
submitted by the candidates).
The
details of counselling process, eligibility for counselling , list of eligible
& non-eligible candidates, details of vacant seat position (this may change
during the time of counselling ) for 3rd round of counselling will be uploaded
on AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org on or
after 07.09.2013. „ All OBC candidates to be eligible for 3rd counselling,
have to produce valid caste certificate for Central Government
institutions/jobs.
