(1) From the University office at Krishna Institute
of Medical Sciences University, Karad, Dist- Satara, (Maharashtra State)
(2) Can be downloaded from the website: http://www.kimsuniversity.in and submitted along with a DD of Rs 3000/-
(3) If required by post / courier by sending to the
University office a Demand Draft of Rs. 1100/- (PGM & PGD), Rs. 600/- (PGP)
(Application form + postage charges Rs.100). Demand Draft to be drawn on any
Bank, in the name of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences University, payable
at Karad.
