Application form with Prospectus can be had from the Deputy Registrar (Academic) either by post by sending a written request specifying the programme and enclosing a crossed Demand Draft purchased not earlier than the date of this advertisement, in favour of The Registrar, Gandhigram Rural University payable only in Canara Bank, Gandhigram (Code No.8500) or State Bank of India, Ambathurai (Code No. 3373) or in person by cash payment / an additional payment of Rs.50 made in case of DD drawn from other banks.
Applications can also be downloaded from the GRU website in which case Demand Draft should be enclosed for the cost pf application and registration fee along with filled in application form.
Cost of Application and Registration Fee:
All Diploma/UG/PG/PG Diploma/M Phil Programmes: RS.180 (Rs.225 by post)
SC/ST: FREE( on producing attested copy of the community certificate for any one programme)
MO/ Postal Orders/ Cheques will not be accepted
Applicants awaiting publication of UG / PG results can also apply for PG / M.Phil Programmes.
